皇甫倩，1987年生，河南信阳人，西南大学教师教育学院教授，博士生导师。中国教育学会化学教学专业委员会理事，教育部国家公派出国留学评审专家，教育部人文社会科学基金项目评审专家等。主持国家社会科学基金（教育学）、教育部人文社科规划项目等学术课题20余项；在《British Journal of Educational Technology》、《Journal of Computer Assisted Learning》、《Chemistry Education Research and Practice》、《European Journal of Education》、《Instructional Science》、《Journal of Chemical Education》、《课程.教材.教法》、《教师教育研究》等CSSCI和SSCI来源期刊上发表文章80余篇；多篇资政报告被中共中央办公厅、教育部等采纳，学术研究成果获重庆市教育科学研究成果二等奖。担任多个高水平SSCI及核心期刊编委及外审专家。
